As in previous years, the Bonn-based specialist for archiving will also cooperate with VOI at this year's CeBIT and present archiving, storage and data distribution solutions in Hall 3 (Stand F36).
The "Facebook" Blu-ray jukebox, which was announced last year and presented as a prototype, is now being mass-produced in a slightly smaller version. The HIT Netzon 8640 is the smaller sister of the Facebook jukebox and has a capacity of 640 terabytes. The 8640 works with new 1 TB cartridges, which are similarly launched by SONY and Panasonic. The 8640 is a world novelty and this year the central exhibit at the INCOM booth in hall 3.
In addition, INCOM will also be presenting industrial solutions with the StorEasy® products as well as entry-level solutions for archive storage requirements starting at one terabyte. The focus here is also on optical archive media, which are gaining more and more attention due to their durability and energy efficiency.
Other products from the distribution, such as ATTO storage and network controllers and bridges, CD/DVD production systems from Rimage and Epson, label printers, as well as ACTi cameras for video surveillance will also be brought to the fair by INCOM.
A limited number of tickets can be provided to customers and interested parties.
